Johnny leads Birdie Capital's technology and deal operations. He built the AI deal team that screens targets and runs financial, tax and legal diligence for Nation Acquisitions, and the same team now runs every Birdie engagement. He brings 25 years of building and operating companies, across more than eight ventures.

Simon has spent more than two decades as a CEO, chairman and senior executive across energy, mining and technology, with deep experience in due diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and board governance. He is CEO of Nation Acquisitions, where he leads its approaches to business owners and their advisors, from the first letter to the offer. He holds an Executive MBA from Cornell and Queen's.
